Service Limitations

Each cleaning service is tailored to meet our customers' needs. Any additional services requested out of the scope or statement of work will incur extra charges.

Liability Disclaimer

Elite Bright LLC is not liable for any damages to property or items left in the cleaning area unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from the use of cleaning products or equipment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items prior to our service to prevent accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to, electronics, artwork, and personal belongings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns and work to make it right.

Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued on the last day of each service month. All payments are due on the 1st day of the following month, with a grace period of 5 calendar days to avoid late fees. For example, if services are rendered from July 1st through July 31st, the invoice will be sent on July 31st, with a due date of August 1st. The last day to make the payment without incurring late fees is August 5th.

Confidentiality

Elite Bright LLC will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any details without prior consent, except as required by law.

Consent

By requesting a quote and providing your information, you agree to share your contact information with Elite Bright LLC. You consent to the storage and use of this information for contact purposes related to your service request and inquiries. You also agree to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, texts, or phone calls, based on your preferred contact method.
